Add supplementary flatpak libraries

Libraries added:

libunwind - dependency of .NET Core, they are not static linking libs and this library does not come with the freedesktop runtime so I had to include it
libSDL2 - SDL 2 compiled without udev support since it can't be accessed from flatpak

@cra0zy what is the licence libunwind is released under?

looks like MIT so it should be ok to include the binary.

Wait on merging this. I have a log jam of 2 other PRs we need to get merged before this can be used in the MG repo.
