FreeImage fix for PNG on Windows #57

The .NET wrapper that works on Windows does not work correctly on Linux or Mac for PNG images, and the wrapper that works on Linux and Mac does not work correctly on Windows for PNG images. This is why there was what seemed to be a duplicate assembly in the Windows directory.

That sucks, but it is something we can live with.
