Made a mistake in Beyond Compare with the last PR. I've double checked at these are the correct Windows SharpDX binaries necessary for video playback.

Updating Windows' SharpDX Binaries with that from the master branch @ commit 3474533dc99b09c953d2e71e13cb1602bc5d3f9c. Adds MediaFoundation functionality for video playback.
