Automatically load frameworks. #403

Extend ObjectiveCFrameworkAttribute to accept a list of required frameworks
Update all Monobjc assemblies to specify their required frameworks.
Update ObjectiveCRuntime.ScanAssembly to load the required frameworks.

These removes the need to explicitly call ObjectiveCRuntime.LoadFramework.
