Release new version to PyPI #48

Currently, the version of this plugin on PyPI (0.4.4) is from 2019-05-03 and does not include the latest changes in this repository.

Could you push the changes to create e.g. a 0.4.5 release, please?

Done. I also added a GitHub Action to release this repo much more easily so, even if I don't have anymore the free time to develop / test this, I can still merge your contributions and merge easily.
