Monokai Pro not rendering Cascadia Code font properly in VSCode #255

Hello, I'm using Monokai Pro as my theme in VSCode, rencently I changed my font to Cascadia Code. After that, I found out that withn this font, it doesn't rendering properly within Monokai Pro extension enabled. New typed text were ok, but existing text would looks like this. image

Within Monokai Pro extension switched off, there is no problem rendering Cascadia Code. Wondering is there any fix of this ? Regards, Yang

Turns out for some reason, it is rendering text in Italic style which should be rendered in regular style.
