Cosmetics removed upon exiting NPC #180

Describe The Bug

I had a black balaclava, ski goggles and a pink scarf on and when I opened the NPC menu, it shows them still equipped but once I exited I could not see them on me in thirdperson nor my inventory UI.

I asked other people if they could see them afterwards and they said they could. Not sure why I cant though without rejoining.

To Reproduce

Wear cosmetics Open cosmetic NPC Close it

Expected Behavior

To not remove equipped cosmetics.

Should all be resolved with the new cosmetics refactor
