Cars Spawnable in Townhall Area #272

Describe The Bug

Players can currently spawn their vehicles in the town hall square (behind the barricades), this creates a safety concern for players that are spawning in as players can then drive their cars into the town hall. In addition, players can also ram their cars into the barricades, creating issues with collision physics.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to the town hall square
  2. Open your inventory
  3. Spawn Your Car
  4. Minge Away

Expected Behavior

Town hall should be a no car spawning zone.
