Sewer crates are able to spawn blueprints #300

Describe The Bug

When looting crates around the sewer there is a chance to obtain a blueprint

To Reproduce

  1. Go to sewers
  2. Click on crates
  3. Pray to RNGJesus
  4. Get blueprint

Expected Behavior

Blueprints are only supposed to spawn in cargo crates in the warehouse
