add better error handling for actions

People reported errors like:

• cannot create pet, it could be resources limit or 1 hour create pet tolerance
• cannot interact with pet due to limited resources

We should add better error messages here:

functions:

• submitNewMonster
• requestFeed
• requestAwake
• requestBed

already added it but looks like eosjs or the node that I'm using does not bring the full description of the assert message 😢
