Create IV min value to keep.

Sometimes you found a rare pokemon with perfect IV as original github. It should have implemented to keep any pokemon with a min IV over a setting value without checking the CP.

Example:

<setting name="KeepMinIVPercentage" serializeAs="String">
        <value>90</value>

It is made on the NecroBot days ago. There aren't too many captures over that IV in a full night, maybe 4-5, and you could save them for evolve.

Otherwise, as NecroBot use it, I cannot swap between this bot and the other because Im afraid it will delete that rare pokemons.
