There is a mysterious character appearing as part of {message} in my formatting when a message is printed. The symbol is a randomly appearing  at the start of the message.
Here is the formatting I use from the Settings.yml: MINECRAFT: '§7[§4IRC§7]§4 {name}§f: {message}'
Messages like this appear: [IRC] ProjectNarna: ÂProjectNarna has joined (#ProjectNarna)
It is properly coloured, and the mysterious character appears white, when I removed the white colouring, the character still appeared, so I am pretty sure it is part of the message. The single quotes were added as part of my diagnosing.
Not sure where to go from here..
