Remove duplicate logging to console. #221

This commit fixes the issue of logging normal chat messages twice to the console. Not only does it log the message twice, but even logging once is un-needed as normal chat gets logged to console anyway. IRC ---> Console logging still works fine however.

I will if this when I'm back form canadas wonderland in a few days. I will have to cancel this one because the color symbol is messed up lol. I'm posting this on a sample laptop in best buy lol.
