Sorry for the confusion.

They aren't missing, but I added them to the C64 VIC library, so they are in a pull request on the original millfork repo. https://github.com/KarolS/millfork/pull/108

I could do the recommit without the demo file if you want, so everything on your side is fine?

That'd be preferred. or include them here if they aren't defined in the mainline branch ?
