Current state should encompass all hard cuts we want, as well as have provisions for some edges cases (eg kaon pion swapped scenario). Aim is to get ML team use this simple pipeline (1x py script, 1x folder of functions, 1x data folder, 1x empty output folder) to generate the cut data and then ML filter it further.
