Alice 3 will not download #36

Hello, Not sure if anyone else has run into this issue. But I have a Windows 10 computer that's 64 bit. I've tried downloading both the Alice 3 64 and 32 bit and I just keep getting the message "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." My account is an administrator so not sure what the issue is here. I'll keep looking online to see if there's any other fixes but if anyone here knows how to fix it that'd be great! Thank you!

Hello Professor, Sorry I figured it out, it was trying to save to my computer and I was out of space so had to save it to my hard drive. I also had 5 downloads going so once I deleted all those and the items on my desktop I was able to start a new download and start the .exe file without issues. I should have kept trying before posting. But thank you for your response!
