1 year ago Hi, Thomas! Wanting to learn this so you can sell things without dealing with people is a great reason to learn. I'm starting to sell some crafts I make online and not having to interact directly with people is a plus I hadn't thought about.

Hello, I am Thomas "Parker" Hall and I'm from Frenchtown Montana just outside of Missoula. I'm a GIS and Geography major with Geoscience minor. I have very limited experience in wed design or coding, having done only a little in previous classes. However, that being said, me and my brother have often considered the idea of hosting and rock, mineral, and fossil site for the selling of said items given our shared interest in the buying, selling, and collecting of mineral and fossil specimens. As time has past we've dabbled in selling during shows and have been rather successful when we do, but neither of us are real people persons. Selling virtually would help us reach a wider audience as well as avoid the much dreaded "human interaction" neither of us are skilled at. All though its just a side project now, I'm hoping to learn a bit more about what would be required if we did pursue such a concept.
