tinyRNA provides an all-in-one solution for precision analysis of sRNA-seq data. At the core of tinyRNA is a highly flexible counting utility, tiny-count, that allows for hierarchical assignment of reads to features based on positional information, extent of feature overlap, 5’ nucleotide, length, and strandedness.

Bugfix: Counter: interval matching is inaccurate #148
Coordinates returned by StepVector.get_steps() are truncated to the lookup window if they extend beyond, and this renders strict interval matching rules useless. A fix will be trivial thanks to the new feature record tuples introduced in PR #135
