tinyRNA provides an all-in-one solution for precision analysis of sRNA-seq data. At the core of tinyRNA is a highly flexible counting utility, tiny-count, that allows for hierarchical assignment of reads to features based on positional information, extent of feature overlap, 5’ nucleotide, length, and strandedness.

Pipeline: better help string for `tiny` command #260
The help string for the top-level tiny command is insufficient. Many things have changed in the project since it was created. It is poorly organized, and at times incomplete or vaguely relevant. We have devoted most of our documentation efforts to our *.md files while making perfunctory updates to the help string. These two sources of information serve different roles, and I don't believe it is beneficial to present the same level of detail in the help string, but a better middle ground is possible.
