Having trouble opening up macro #10

Closed jessmph closed 2 years ago

jessmph commented 2 years ago

For some reason, after I save the intensity_ratio_nuclei_cytoplasm.ijm macro into my imageJ, the toolset does not change to the ones that is shown on the instruction page. Do you know what I may be doing wrong? Thank you!

Hi @jessmph, since you closed the issue, I suppose that you managed to install the toolset. Please feel free to tell us what went wrong. You should save the toolset in the macros/toolsets folder of your Fiji installation. It can then be selected via the >> button. The drag and drop described in the description of some tools does not work with all system configurations anymore, but "save link as" and selecting the macros/toolset folder should work. Also make sure that the .ijm file extension is not replaced by something else.

Thank you for reaching out! I did get it to work after a few tries. I will reach out again if I have any other issues. Thank you.
