#22 Support older versions of dbt #23

Fix for https://github.com/Montreal-Analytics/dbt-snowflake-utils/issues/22

Checks for both node.meta and node.config.meta elements in the per-node results object.

Repro'd issue in dbt-core 1.0.1.

Tested fix in dbt-core 1.0.1 and 1.20
