Added snowflake_query_history model, disabled by default #5

I was unable to test this alongside the rest of the package as the macros were failing in master; on removing the macros it compiles and runs correctly. Can take a while for first run; set max_load_minutes to 60 for a short first run.

Oh I know. 🤦 Missing a raw tag in the docs file.
