Update REST API tests #93

Tests for the REST API end points are pretty out of date at this point, related to #89 #27.

What should I use for a testing corpus for all the corpus, enrichment, etc. stuff?

There's a simple corpus is test_data https://github.com/MontrealCorpusTools/polyglot-server/tree/master/test_data/source/acoustic.
