As discussed, here is a mockup of a UI overhaul. The UI is a bit more like Unreal/Unity where you have a list of (available) assets that can be drag & dropped into the map. The new "Properties" Window would show the properties of the currently selected instance automatically, without pressing the "O" key grafik
