TR1 - Allow the editor to draw horizon #860

TR1X will now allow to draw the skybox, object slot 184 in TR1 wad is used for the horizon. TE should draw the horizon in the editor and make xml changes for TR1 wad.

Not everyone uses TR1X. There should be an additional Game Version (which also contains loosened limits due to TR1X) with a new Catalog.
