LLVM update (3.5 -> 3.7) #40

For some time now a new LLVM version is available: http://llvm.org/releases/.

We might need to update to that version (LLVM 3.7).

I started some time ago, but am not doing it actively right now. See https://github.com/lummax/moco/tree/llvm-upgrade.
