Minimal changes to get tests running #4

A few minor bits of tidying given the project renaming.

Specifically:

Ensuring that all occurrences of GADraft are updated to GeometricAlgebra
Some include directives referred to non-existent filenames (due to case sensitivity)
Dependencies needed adding to Project.toml
Rename runtest.jl -> runtests.jl
Ensure all docstrings that currently exist are included in the docs (there's more work to do here in writing more docstrings :) )
