I made a translation in Ru, but since I can't compile it, the translation may have some problems due to lack of context

(Slight comment: we don't typically push changes on mcprep-rc, but rather dev. Since it's a single commit, we can add it to dev with git-cherrypick, but just remember to add changes to dev next time)
