Even though this repo is private, I prefer .env* in the .gitignore and you can
share and update with a pin for example the passwords in the telegram.
I trust telegram because it's quite independent and end-to-end encrypted.
Then we can have a .env.example where you show all password variables without the key.
If the password is not a security issue, we can alway just put including key in the .env.example file for easy copying
