Commit to Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) #6

I did a quick mock-up of an ERD, but we need to be in agreeance on this before we can create the classes (models), which will kick off the majority of the other work. (I included a PDF and a link to the ERD below as I can only have three documents in Lucid Charts at a time while on their free version. So, if I have to delete it later, it will be okay).

At this point, the ERD is pretty much solidified.
