incorporates vivid login methods

This is the release to align with ADU v1.13.13 which incorporates a Vivid Login methods. It also adds the following helpers:

• adds relevant methods to the asteroid-user class User.VividCreateProfile and User.VividCreateProfilePrivCode
• adds a new method to the asteroid class User.VividLoginEmail
• adds a new option to the asteroid-user class vividService which can be used to determine the service context after a user logs in.
