Implement test coverage report #12

Add mechanism using something like karma-coverage to provide insight on current test coverages.

No, not necessary.

This can be a manual executable process, or do you see a positive ROI for having auto reporting on test coverages?

I dont think the automated solution is worth the implementation time currently. Once the team expands, we may consider it.
