WaterForce "radius" has no effect. #58

WaterForce "radius" field has no effect.

Attempted:

Added WaterForce components to a GameObject. Observed that they do have an effect on the water.
Changed their "radius" property, values between 0 and 500. Observed that the effect on the water surface is unchanged.
