Libraries spawn way too far apart, leadijg to possibly farland-esque issues #9

Proposed fix: reduce minimum distance apart from 20k to 500. It's unlikely this minimum will ever be observed

as of version 0.1.2 all future libraries spawn have a max distance from 0, 0 of 1million on either axis
