The database and agents can be imported into a Super.Human.Installer instance, but I will send a Prominic URL separately. The Prominic URL should not be included in this template - we should document where the user needs to provide their own URL (in order to enable the feature).
I created a FormBuilder project here to represent a standard CrashReport interface. Note that the project is currently private until we can review it:
