Update Harman AIR SDK to 50.2.3.8 #112

Version requires to update to: 50.2.3.8 Current version: 50.2.2.6

I did a test on macOS and confirmed that "Adobe Flex SDK (Harman AIR)" is updated to 50.2.3.8.

On a side note, I got this error when installing all SDKs. This did not block the installation from completing. I remember we discussed this before, but I haven't found an issue for this:

Installation error: cp: /usr/local/bin/lime: permission denied

I moved the lime error to a separate issue: #113
