Hide Separator for Installation Date If App Is Not Installed #54

When @JustinProminic went through Moonshine SDK Installer, he was confused about why there was a trailing "|" after License Agreement. I see this spot is intended to be used for the installation date image

I'd like to see this hidden if there is no installation date to display, or use it to display some other information for uninstalled applications or applications that can't be installed through MSDKI

In migrated interface there shall be no separator when the installed-date is not available. Please, check with newer 'master' download.
