We needs to have following things updated in MSDKI accordance to Moonshine-IDE new logo:

[x] Logo displaying inside the application
[x] Application icons (desktop)

The hand with wrench may not suit with IDE's new logo. Thus I created a new one. I'm not sure if this looks good or not.

This should be good, except that we need the TM included in the icon.

Following items has been updated for v4.1.1 release:

Application logo
Application icons

RC can be downloaded from Bamboo: macOS: build 336 (notarised) Windows: build 316

I confirmed the icons were updated on Windows, except for the Start menu.

I see a similar issue reported here, so it seems we can't do anything about this: https://github.com/Moonshine-IDE/Moonshine-IDE/issues/738#issuecomment-707801794

On macOS, the application icon did not update in the dock, applications list, or spotlight.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the application, but I got the same problems. I confirmed I am on build 336

@rat-moonshine fixed the macOS problems. This should be good.
