Windows Git Install Hangs in Queue #88

While testing the 4.2.0 release candidates today, I noticed that the Windows MSDKI installs stopped after the Subversion install, and the Git and NodeJS installs remained in the queue.

I found that the problem was the Git install:

  1. Remove the Git installation
  2. Restart MSDKI
  3. Click to install Git and accept the licence agreements.
  4. BUG: the Git Install is stuck in the "queued" state, and the progress bar shows the last message from application initialization.

I confirmed this worked for me as well. I also did some tests on macOS, and I didn't see any problems.
