The PII rules file is not specific enough. Regular expressions hit things they are not supposed to.
Uploaded data for PII from here to the data validation portal and many mismatches were identified with the regular expressions: https://github.com/Moore-Institute-4-Plastic-Pollution-Res/Microplastic_Data_Portal/tree/main/data/AccreditedLabs
Columns are identified exactly by the rule that is supposed to identify them, no false positives.
Add in spell check.
