The align between the pose and the reference pic

Animate Anyone has the same ratio between the reference pic and their pose video, so the generated result also has the same ratio. I test in Tongyi, found that the align between pose and the reference picture is better. But I have no idea to align the pose video and the reference, I try to retargeting the pose video manually by change the angle, but the motion can't be calculate naturally. Does anybody meets the same question can discuss with me?

Also confused in this regard. Especially, I want to make it work in the case of cross-species (like human vs animal).
