Cannot view zoomed picture with colon (:) in title

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for art by antihuman (or others)
2. Try to view "Iron Artist: Linara"
3. Error message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Able to see image

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.27 beta (market)

Please provide any additional information below.
Error message seems related to permitted file names on SD card. Other chars 
appear to be converted to underscore; maybe a simple fix.
