Stewie changed level storage in prep for this and room types
Doors can be walked through, pushing them if they open away, or pulled towards player with hold F. Padlocks in progress.
Doors should start about 0.8m-1m wide by 2m high by 0.25m thick with maybe 2cm under (for vermin and smoke/fog and such to go under and maybe 0.5cm on sides and top so physics behaves well. Maybe a typical door structure takes up a full 1m wide including door frame?

doors should 'close' when they reach their midpoint, requiring 'interact' to open or damage to break; otherwise, swing freely and react to physics
