11 months ago Hey @ubdeadhaha, If you add me on discord (69slowpoke) I can explain you how. Ive seen people abusing this in extreme matters. Its a double dupe (2 ppl) but it can be done alone if you're fast enough. I was daily busy with this dupe so we disabled infinity storages. Everything can be duped with that method btw. Machines, 3D items, Vanilla. Everything.

7 months ago Its quite embarrassing that someone who knows how to do the dupe did not provide the replication steps. I hope they were at least provided to the dev but I'm going to assume not as this issue has never been fixed and around for a while.
Replication steps:
Place the unit Put item in unit Stay inside GUI and wait to withdraw the item Have another player break the storage unit The moment the unit breaks, there is a delay when the GUI stays open but the storage unit is broken. At this moment withdraw the item. (this happens very quickly so may take a few tries. If you're using a hacked client, you can use automine and avoid having to have another player) Pickup the storage unit, place it down and then right click the item on the right side, it should give it to you then refil with the amount your deposited originally.

Now, sit back and wait a few years for it to be fixed.. if it ever gets fixed.

this is already fixed
Recently I've had players duplicating my custom ItemsAdder items using Basic Storage Units. I didn't see how, but their CoreProtect data says it was as simple as placing the storage. Someone commented that this happened on their server with non-custom items.
