Internationalization and Spanish translation #12

Hello,

As you prepared almost all the code, I have translated the strings to Spanish and I also have configured the plugin to load the translations.

Hi!

Background Manager already allows for auto-loading .MO files. All you need to do is place them in the /plugins/background-manager/resources/l10n directory. The file name is the locale + .mo, ie., es-ES.mo.

The next version will also support using WordPress' global /language directory.
