The instructions recommend changing my key to the Web3 API key (or otherwise anything I would like). However, the secret key field is not editable.

Make the secret key field editable...or change the docs to not suggest updating the streams secret key.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I can just use the default secret key as-is, but it would be nice to only have to worry about storing and updating 1 key in my implementation's config.
