Update documentation for beginners #17

Created some updates to help beginners to get their bearings a little faster.

@MordFIdel heads up on that posting in crowdsupply I renamed the getting started file name to not have a space in the name so its more path referencing friendly. Also lower cased the I in firmware. Getting at the crowsupply post has a dead link in it now.
