It only makes sense to add this:

Add EMC to everything! Or at least a EMC recipe for inscribing.

No. It is up to each mod author/modpack creator to decide if they want the results of their mods custom crafting systems to have EMC.

I am not going to add EMC to any items. If someone wants to change the EMC of something its easy enough to do.
