Technoturges scepter unable to add focus? #189

I made this in our Resonant Rise modpack world tonight, but we can't seem to get the focuses to attach to it - the usual 'F' key (which works for my Silverwood Wand) does not work for this scepter. Any suggestions?

Its a scepter, not a wand. Scepters can't take focuses.
