Add "playlist" functionality #28

Would entail: database update, UI update. Larger project.

Don't require tabs to be "favorite" to be added to a playlist. Possible UI design could be a dropdown to the right of Popular Tabs. Alternatively, make that an overflow dropdown and put each playlist in a tab shown, with overflows being put in the dropdown.
